  4. This is my first time at this forum. I was diagnosed with RA in April. I am taking plaquenil and methotrexate. The methotrexate has been working for a month or so. But, the side effects seem to be getting worse. I have headaches every day, and nausea from time to time, am tired all the time. Was considering going off of it. Afraid not to take.
