This medicine is available in 2 forms: prednisolone 0.12% eye drops and prednisolone 1% eye drops. Use only the brand of this medicine that your doctor prescribed. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. To use the eye drops: If you are wearing contact lenses, remove them before putting the drops in your eyes. Wait at least 15 minutes after using this medicine before putting your contact lenses back in. The dose of this medicine will be different for different patients.

Sterilize contact lenses according to the manufacturer's directions, and check with your doctor before you begin using them again. If your doctor does approve the wearing of contact lenses during treatment with this medication, remove the lenses before using the eye drops. The preservative in this product may be absorbed by contact lenses.
